- Tube Sealing Machines: We operate 3 tube sealing machines with a filling range of 10 – 250ml, achieving speeds of up to 30 units per minute. This setup is ideal for packaging products like creams, lotions, and other small-volume items.
- Automatic & Semi-Automatic Volumetric Fillers: Our automatic and semi-automatic volumetric fillers can efficiently fill products of varying viscosities and textures. With a filling range from 5ml to 5000ml and speeds of up to 25 units per minute, we handle a wide array of packaging options, including jars, bottles with pumps, sprayers, droppers, airless pumps, and jerrycans (up to 5 liters).
- Cartoning Services: We also offer comprehensive cartoning services to ensure your products are packaged efficiently for retail or distribution. This service helps streamline the final stages of the packaging process.
- Cooling Tunnel Processes for Hot Fill: For products that require hot fill processes, we utilize advanced cooling tunnel systems to cool the product safely and effectively. This method ensures the product remains stable and secure during the filling and packaging process.
We offer warehousing for your packaging before filling and dispatch in our custom-built
warehouse.
